Here Is your opportunity to join our dynamic team as the Recruitment Consultant (Business Development)! You will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of strategically networking to source sustainable employment for our job seekers. You will have exceptional relationship and negotiation skills and a strong history of identifying and securing partnerships!

Every day will be diverse but in essence your day to day will include;

• Networking face to face – business to business to build meaningful rapport and connections with employers to build an employer pipeline;
• Cold canvassing and reverse marketing our young job seekers to employers to secure sustainable employment opportunities
• Providing guidance to the employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives that are available;
• Knowing the caseload of job seekers on site so you can job match effectively to ensure a sustainable employment outcome.

This role is permanent Full time based in Hervey Bay!
Competitive Salary!! + 10.5% Superannuation + salary packaging + Monthly RDO's.
