As a specialised well established recruitment consultancy focusing in the Engineering, Technical, IT & Healthcare markets, we are rapidly expanding & are seeking a talented individual to join our organisation and deal extensively with a diverse and interesting range of clients and candidates.
About the Opportunity:
Working within a supportive and encouraging team, offering flexibility and potential to further develop your skills and experience, key responsibilities are as follows:
- Deliver contract & permanent recruitment solutions to new and existing clients.
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships utilising candidate/client referrals & social media platforms.
- Effectively resource candidates utilising database search, social media platforms & candidate/client referrals.
- Create job advertisements, prescreen & interview candidates, create shortlists, prepare client summaries & reference check candidates.
- Effectively market services to active, inactive & new client markets.
- Liaise extensively with clients, candidates & team members.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or Marketing.
- Self Starter with initiative, flexibility and a great "can do" attitude.
- Ability to deliver high level of service & support candidates & clients.
- Sound experience in Recruitment, HR or Sales/Marketing highly desirable.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Sound attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
As a self start with initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude, you will be able to work effectively within a close team. Your willingness to deliver an excellent service to candidates and clients at all times will come naturally along with your proven track record of success.

This is a Contract Opportunity offering flexibility to work Full Time or Part Time on an attractive hourly rate.
This opportunity can be performed over 4/5 days per week. This is a HYBRD position with WFH & Office based environment.
