About your new role
Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney CBD team. This role is perfect for someone with a recruitment or customer service background in healthcare who loves building relationships. No healthcare experience? No problems, if you love sales and are eager to learn we can teach you all about the industry!
You will be the first point of contact for our candidates and clients and provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone as well as speaking to Healthcare professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy! This desk would be recruiting for permanent roles such as psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, etc.
In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive 8 week onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.
A day in your new role
360 end to end recruitment
Business development with new and existing clients
Market mapping
Nurture and grow client relationships
Plan and execute hiring strategies
Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
What you will need to succeed
Do you have customer service experience within the healthcare industry? Or have you started a career in recruitment and would like to join a global firm?
