ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting through to the Group General Manager HR and HR Manager for Healthy Ageing, you will form part of the HR team, supporting the attraction and retention of the right staff for Mercy Health.
In this role you will manage advertising, screening of candidates as the coordination of the assessment centre day. Following assessment centres, you will manage all compliance requirements. You will drive best practice recruitment solutions to our business and be responsible for supporting a portfolio within our Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living as well as maintaining and building on our established talent pools.
Execute activities in line with Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce plans into effective operational outcomes.
Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the attraction and retention of the right talent to meet the needs of the organisation.
You will perform at a ‘Self Leader’ level; delivering department objectives, using resources efficiently, maintaining knowledge and skills, delivering quality services and respecting diversity, identifying issues and solutions and work with others and balancing priorities.
ABOUT YOU:
Managing bulk recruitment campaigns you will be required to be a hands-on highly organised recruiter. You will take a proactive, customer centric and collaborative approach to your work. You will also be involved and experienced in the following:
Recruitment experience in volume recruitment or sizeable, geographically dispersed
Thinking outside of the box to attract suitable candidates via various sourcing channels
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Be committed to providing a superior candidate and employee experience
Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
