- Sales experience, building relationships with clients and solving problems
- Customer service in a professional environment
- Administration including accounting & sales support
- Experience in fast paced environments
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including advertising, social media and networking
- Screening applicants including conducting interviews and reference checks
- Matching the perfect person with the perfect job
- Ensuring all new employees meet compliance requirements for their position
- Resolving a range of queries and problems relating to Payroll, HR and IR
- Have excellent computer skills, including picking up new systems quickly
- Be a passionate people person with the ability to engage those from a variety of backgrounds
- Have quick problem solving abilities
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Be a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help a work mate out
- Have terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
