We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant/ Partner to join our collaborative and inclusive North Sydney team. Ideally you will have:
A proven background within the engineering or construction sectors
A keen personal interest or experience working within the professional/technical local marketplace
A desire to move into a dynamic, energetic, people focused environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal skills
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing recruitment solutions and strategies with a commitment to building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
Executing end- to-end recruitment for our North Sydney office and supporting our interstate offices
Providing talent resources as trusted advisors to senior hiring leaders from technical engineering consultancies/specialists and senior management appointments
Continuous focus on growing your area of speciality and developing new opportunities
