Have you recently started out in the Recruitment Industry and looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to move your recruitment experience into the healthcare space? You will be responsible for managing high volume practice support recruitment activities throughout Australia. This is a full 360 Internal recruitment role.
The role:
The recruitment consultant will foster and maintain strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders, provide support across all recruitment activities and initiatives including taking full briefings, ad writing, shortlisting, interviewing, background checking and onboarding, implement strong sourcing strategies and create strong candidate pools.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will be able to work autonomously and be self motivated. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work towards time critical deadlines.
Skills and Experience
Previous recruitment experience
Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative and strategic and solutions focused
Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
Strong influential and resolution skills
