OTE $90,000 - $130,000
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the growth of our Professional Services Consultancy division by actively recruiting the nation’s best ICT professionals.
- Writing and posting job ads
- Headhunting candidates on LinkedIn/Social Media avenues
- Screening, calling and interviewing candidates in line with Australian Standards
- Managing candidate talent pools
- Maintaining candidate records in our CRM
- Preparing candidate information packs
- Providing administrative support including inbox and email management
- Assisting and reviewing applicants’ responses to ensure their suitability
- Conducting pre-employment reference checks
The successful applicant will be willing to break the mould, not just fit into it and ideally you will possess the following:
- Sales, administration or customer service experience
- Knowledge of ICT roles
- A passion for helping people find meaningful employment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good organisation
- An ability to work under pressure
- A positive and pro-active attitude
- Resiliency
