About the role:
The Recruitment Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to the enquiry and application process for prospective Foster Carers, commencing from first contact through to pre-panel, managing all the administration with regard to recruiting, training and assessing of Foster Carers, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.
In the role, you will support the team in the delivery of the Key Assets Recruitment and marketing strategies and assist in the delivery of an effective foster carer recruitment strategy through coordinating and undertaking a range of marketing activities under the support and direction of the Recruitment & Placements Manager.

About you:
You have experience in the children and families setting, child protection and/or out of home care. Ideally you will have qualifications in Social Work or a similar and experience or knowledge in marketing or PR. This along with your comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to children’s services, and a sound understanding of child safe practices and procedures.
You are a strong verbal and written communicator; with skills in establishing effective working relationships and building rapport.
