The role of Recruitment Coordinator at Bendigo Health is to proactively partner with departmental managers across the organisation in order to support them in all aspects of the Recruitment and Selection process. A day in the life of a Recruitment Coordinator at Bendigo Health.
Coordinating centralised recruitment activities with departmental managers across your portfolio
Reviewing and processing recruitment requests and providing attraction recommendations
Recruitment coordination for international candidates
Collaborating within the Workforce Planning and Resourcing team on creative workforce solutions
Coaching and supporting recruiting managers
The Position
Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Classification: HS3
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,863.40
Hours per fortnight: 76

The Team
The Resourcing and Workforce Planning team works in partnership with managers to tailor effective and innovative recruitment, retention, attraction and workforce planning strategies across the organisation. The team also sources the clinical and non-clinical workforces at Bendigo Health to ensure the organisation can provide optimal patient care.
Working with allocated departmental managers, the team support them in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. This includes coordinating the processes of the online e-Recruit recruitment system, internal and external advertising of vacancies, updating position descriptions, running assessment centres, creation of employment contracts, on boarding new staff members and ensuring all pre-employment checks and credentialing are completed prior to commencement, as well as generating variations to employment contracts for existing staff.
