SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Recruitment Coordinator for Mammoet Australia
Working at Henderson, Western Australia
As a Recruitment Coordinator with Mammoet Australia, you'll pride yourself on delivering effective recruitment activities and initiatives to the business.
In this role you will act as a subject matter expert in the Recruitment process to ensure key talent are being sourced and hired whilst providing a positive recruitment experience to both the candidate and hiring manager.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders
Identify and build talent pools for our business needs
Create and deliver innovative sourcing strategies
Support and promote employer branding activities
Career Expos and Community Engagement
360 Recruitment for both Blue Collar and White Collar
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience working as an Internal Recruiter
Heavy Lifting knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory
Innovative and strategic mindset
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop
