Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a joint venture comprising of Comdain Infrastructure, John Holland, Service Stream and WSP has partnered with Sydney Water to deliver essential services to customers and the community in the southern region of Sydney. This 10 year program of works as part of the Sydney Water's P4S Program includes design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services.

What are we looking for?
We have identified an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Lead to join our People & Culture Team. The role can be full-time or part-time and is based in our Redfern Collaboration Hub with flexible and hybrid working arrangements embedded in the way we work.
You will be a hands-on leader performing recruitment, leading the Recruitment team as well as working closely with the P&C Leadership to develop and deliver on talent and attraction plans and strategies.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end high-volume recruitment process. This includes both salary and wages roles for our Design, Construction, Maintenance & Facilities Management teams as well as all support teams such as Health & Safety, Environment, Project Controls, Commercial and Administration.
  • Provide leadership to the Recruitment team to ensure performance and effective deployment and development of recruitment capability.
  • Improve, develop, and deliver on recruitment processes, plans, strategies and reporting.
  • Develop pipelines and talent pools by proactively engaging with high-quality talent.
  • Provide advice, coaching, leadership, and reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong network relations, including those with external partners of the organisation.
  • Utilise both industry and internal data and trends to proactively analyse and predict future market fluctuations.

You are a capable and experienced professional who has awareness of the operating environment and the challenges within a complex organisation. Your strategic, yet hands-on methodology will complement your collaborative and flexible approach as you liaise with key stakeholders of the business. You will possess the ability to deliver an exceptional recruitment strategy coupled with an exceptional people experience. This role will be crucial to the short and long-term success of the business.

You will also ideally possess:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with recruitment databases and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, partner with the business and drive positive change throughout all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a similar recruitment management role wherein you had the ability to be autonomous, creative and lead process changes.
