Job Description

Working closely with the other recruiters, and reporting to a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Full 180 recruitment for roles in the blue-collar space
Obtaining briefs and hiring requirements (numbers, timelines etc.) from supervisors
Advertising roles
Creative candidate sourcing activities
Candidate pooling
Phone screening
Face to face interviews
Shortlisting
Managing interview processes
Reference checking
Facilitating other due diligence (organising or confirming qualifications & tickets, medicals, police checks etc.)
Induction and onboarding processes
Mobilisation support
The Successful Applicant

To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
Ideally be immediately available to start work or on no more than 1 - 2 weeks' notice (maximum)
Offer good depth to your blue-collar recruitment experience, and demonstrated success supporting project-driven recruitment requirements
Love working at pace and thrive off the pressure of a deadline for delivery!
Genuinely enjoy working in the mining / industrial sector
