12 months fixed term contract, Recruitment Officer, Based in eastern suburbs, $90,000k plus super
Your new company
Our client is a local government client due to a recent vacancy; the organisation requires a recruitment officer to join the team in Sydney for a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in eastern suburbs with a salary of up to $96,000+Super. This role also offers working a 9-day fortnight.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the HR team leader you will work closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams across the business. Your Duties will include:
Recruitment for roles across the whole business
End to end recruitment experience
Supporting the leadership team with talent management
Workforce planning
Attraction, retention and engagement
General HR administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will be an experienced recruitment officer. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage various priorities across the business. Flexible working arrangements 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office. This role requires an Immediate start!
