The role
In this busy role, you will provide high quality, customer focused advise and support to managers on recruitment, employment, onboarding, induction and offboarding.
You will support our recruitment function including updating of position descriptions, preparing and posting job advertisements, undertaking shortlisting, scheduling and attending interviews, completing reference checks and completing new employee onboarding and induction.
With your excellent attention to detail skills, you will prepare employment contracts and a range of employment related letters and correspondence. You will also have involvement in projects, updating relevant systems, polices, procedures, websites and documents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience and/or qualifications in recruitment or human resources, excellent communication skills, strong administrative and time management skills, the ability to prioritise work and enjoy working in a team environment.
A satisfactory police records check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
