About the Opportunity

Monash Health Bureau (MHB) is seeking your innovation and strategic thinking to assist with the recruitment and management of a casual workforce for Monash Health. MHB is situated at Kingston Centre and is essential to providing both casual and a pool of part time employees to the whole organisation by the recruitment and allocating of this workforce. This workforce includes, though is not limited to, administrative, support service and nursing employees. In addition, with the current recruitment and rostering to our vaccination hubs, you will be part of an experience that is both essential and rewarding. Your key responsibilities include;

Expand, manage and monitor the casual/pool workforce
Ensure training and support of the casual/pool workforce is provided and maintained
Develop in depth knowledge of various information systems order to assist employees with queries
Partner with internal stakeholders to maximise the potential of these employees
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly

This role operates Monday to Friday from 0830 - 1700. The position will provide you with new experiences to enrich your job satisfaction and achievements. Training in MHB processes, protocols and information systems such as ShiftMatch, Mercury and Kronos Dimensions will be provided and reinforced through a supportive environment. You will be working closely with the Manager of MHB and have a dynamic team to assist you.

About You

You are a highly motivated individual who wishes to join the MHB workforce team to assist in our pursuit to provide exceptional employee and patient experience. You have high level computer skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and can lead by example. You are an advocate for Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles. The workforce recruitment officer is an integral member of Monash Health Bureau and is responsible and accountable for the recruitment of a high achieving and sustainable workforce.

What you need to have:
Current AHPRA Registration where applicable
Current Employee Working with Children’s Check
Proven relevant experience
Relevant working visa
Relevant qualifications
Police Check not more than 3 months old
Proof of Immunisation
