Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources department. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, the successful candidate will work as part of a cohesive broader team but will focus on internal recruitment of our blue collar roles.

Successful applicant will have:
Experience in recruitment practices - Blue Collar
Demonstrated time management skills with ability to manage concurrent priorities
High level of interpersonal skills
Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers, and
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
