Do you enjoy supporting people to get into work? If yes, our Recruitment Partner position could be perfect for you. You will work with our clients and market them to employers in the Bundaberg, Childers and Gin Gin region. This role is full time and permanent, based at our Bundaberg office.
About the role
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Have frequent face to face, phone and digital contact with clients
- Deliver work preparation activities with clients one-on-one
- Facilitate small group sessions with clients to increase their pre-employment readiness
- Coach clients to ensure they are interview ready
- Approach local employers to establish their recruitment needs and match clients to their vacancies
To enjoy being a Recruitment Partner, you will have:
- Relevant experience or a demonstrated understanding of barriers to employment experienced for people on Income Support
- A track record in engaging clients, using active listening techniques to identify goals, strengths and any barriers
- Demonstrated ability to network and market with industry
- Experience working in a performance related contract and achieving monthly KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and experience in maintaining electronic records
