Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the recruitment of our high-performing employees across NSW/ACT. Our success is from listening and responding to the needs of our stakeholders. As the Recruitment Resourcer you will assist our Talent Acquisition Team across all aspects of their role - providing our key stakeholder and candidates with consistent, excellent service
Your key responsibilities will be:
Assisting with the recruitment process activities
Writing and posting advertisements
Screening candidates & conducting thorough phone interviews
Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks
Sourcing new candidates utilising Linkedin, Seek talent search, networking, referrals, industry events etc
Working with you key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs
Identifying and building partnerships with new candidates
Always communicate with key stakeholders & candidates in an honest, caring, genuine, helpful and urgent manner.
Ensure you record all conversations and activities on the SCC database in an accurate and timely manner
Take personal responsibility and accountability for your own time management practices and effectiveness
To monitor on a daily basis your own personal productivity and to ensure your activities for the day are being maximised
A degree level qualification (Preferred)
Strong database / computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
Hard working and can do attitude
Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
Hard-working, energetic and focused with a drive to succeed
Ideally you will have some recruitment or HR experience, great organisation skills, an eye for detail and most importantly a positive attitude.
