On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer.
The role will be responsible for recruiting and resourcing for our specialist technology team and our public sector team clients. Covering both contract and permanent positions. You will maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and leverage from our base of preferred agreements.
A Recruitment Resourcer role is demanding and diverse. Involving: using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts; identifying and evaluating employer’s recruitment needs; interviewing potential candidates; manage existing workforce.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Documenting clients’ details and vacancy requirements in a brief
- Clarifying and negotiating salary and benefits relating to the role
- Negotiating fees relating to work the consultant will undertake for the client
- Advertising post appropriately-drafting and placing advertisements using a wide range of media
- Headhunting-identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists
- Monitoring candidates once placed
- Collecting feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them
- Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets
- Acting as mentor, instructing, and training junior consultants.
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

- 3 years sales experience
- Great attitude & strong work ethic
- Self motivation and drive to exceed targets
- Not afraid to hit the phones. Whilst you will have the advantage of outstanding leverage within established clients, maximizing customer relationships and developing new business is a must.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Articulate communication skills/excellent consulting abilities
- Strong business acumen
Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - $90,000.
