APG are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our client to assist in their recruitment needs!
Our client is a large manufacturer and leading poultry provided in Australia. This role will oversee resourcing and recruitment of blue-collar staff for the business.
This role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (also flexible 8am - 4pm). You must be is close proximity to travel to our clients Wangara office when required.
Duties may involve:
Candidate screening of applicants from blue collar industry's
Visa Checking
Candidate & applicant tracking via Excel Spreadsheets
Organizing medicals for successful candidates
Assisting candidates with online induction processes
Overall administration and data entry
What we are looking for:
Ideally have previous experience in recruitment role working in a fast paced environment
Experience in building remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Sound administration skills with an eye for detail
Experience using Excel and good computer literacy
Can do attitude and eagerness to take on and learn new tasks
Strong organisation skills and ability to multi task
Own transport and a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in the office at least 2-3 days per week or as required and from home.
