About the role
We are currently on the hunt for someone who loves working with people to join our Adelaide Transmission and Distribution team. As a Recruitment resourcer, you will provide pivotal support for our Consultants by sourcing and interviewing candidates for active and upcoming roles, along with being responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Your personable demeanor and drive to succeed will see you meet your candidate's aspirations, exceed our client's expectations, and develop into a Recruitment Consultant.
Comprehend detailed job briefs, using them to accurately source relevant candidates.
Effectively source candidates using database searches, social media platforms, and candidate/client referrals.
Support in creating job advertisements, pre-screen and interviewing candidates, shortlisting, preparing client summaries, and completing reference checks.
Liaising extensively with both internal and external clients, candidates, and team members.
Preparing and managing candidate documentation (Contracts, Inductions, onboarding, etc)
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to get on the phone to communicate with candidates
Strong administrative skills with a proactive and positive attitude
Drive to learn, develop and achieve!
Hand-on, busy office so teamwork is essential
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management & Prioritising skills
