About your new role
In this role you will focus on temporary & permanent recruitment of Business Support professionals, meet and exceed your revenue targets and develop strategies to grow the business in line with the company's budgets and objectives. You will be a proactive leader (jumping in and working with the team) and contribute to the team's business development. This role will see you grow the Business which is showing no sign of slowing down while also managing a team of 3 consultants.
Responsibilities include
- Developing, supporting, and motivating a team of three consultants
- Business development/client relationship building with existing and new clients.
- Responsible for individual and team financial performance.
- Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and service.
- Acquisition and client management.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious Team Leader or experienced Consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
- Have a strong recruitment background
- Previous sales or BD experience
- Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Independent person with good organisation skills
- Resilient and tenacious
