AddressConstructive PD (CPD) is a Tier 1 and 2 Mass Timber and Façade Cladding contractor working on Western Australia’s largest construction projects. CPD provides services statewide, with office and workshop facilities in Perth and a regional office based in Bunbury. Continued growth in our order book requires us to seek an Estimator / Scheduler to join our Regional Team based at our Bunbury office.
The role will be working on some of Regional WA's major construction projects.

What the role delivers:
This position will see you:
- Prepare accurate and compliant tender submissions.
- Assist with negotiation of new contracts.
- Lead procurement negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers ensuring compliant subcontract and supply agreements with input from the procurement, engineering & construction team.
- Complete accurate material takeoffs and quantities.
- Price and submit variations works.
- Review contract drawings, specifications and engineering to complete accurate material take-offs.
- Ensure cost forecasting for allocated supply and subcontracts and cost codes are accurately maintained and cost issues are appropriately escalated upon identification
- Month end reporting including cost forecasts;
- Vendor management and support of local suppliers;
- Work collaboratively with our Clients, internal stakeholders, subcontractors and local community groups to achieve a best for project and best for community outcome.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within an Estimating, Contracts Administrator or Scheduling position ideally within the commercial construction sector.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in quantity surveying, commerce or construction management preferred by not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving ability.
- Effective communicator who can lead and influence.
