The Opportunity:
Embrace a key role within our dynamic team as the Regional HSE Manager. With a vital part to play within our Southern Region, you'll become an integral member of the Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders to support the effective management of Health, Safety, and Environment. This standalone role provides an exclusive opportunity to liaise with branch managers across multiple sites in Adelaide, Victoria, and Tasmania, offering mentorship and guidance. Your self-discipline, coupled with keen attention to detail, will be the bedrock ensuring the smooth implementation of our processes. In addition, your adeptness at managing workers' compensation claims, steering the rehabilitation process, and conducting comprehensive incident investigations will be invaluable in nurturing a culture of safety excellence.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years' senior workplace HSE experience
Tertiary qualification in HSE
Strong knowledge of OHS and Environmental legislation (multiple states preferred)
Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation claims management experience
Proficient in Safety Management & Environmental Systems
Excellent organizational skills, deadline-driven
Proactive in customer service/satisfaction
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency
Passionate about HSE and continuous improvement
Motivated to engage teams and cultivate safety culture
