Regional Manager The BelRose Group location Katherine and Northern Australia.
Regional Manager (located in Tennant Creek) CatholicCare NT (CCNT) is a Catholic social service agency established in the Diocese of Darwin, in 1993. CCNT provides services throughout the NT and they are in search of a Regional Manager to be located in Tennant Creek.
This role will be responsible for providing onsite operational leadership, development and management of a range of community services and programs. The Regional Manager will also provide leadership to the staff in CatholicCare NT offices in the Tennant Creek Region for CCNT programs to meet their objectives. The Regional Manager is a critical leadership role within the organisation and will play a key role in building CCNT’s reputation for high quality and effective service delivery.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong leadership to lead and manage a diverse range of programs that currently includes (but is not limited to) counselling, housing support, financial wellbeing, family and community wellbeing, national disability insurance scheme supports and mental health and youth programs.
Work well with operational staff, multiple program managers and senior managers, operating in complex environments. Supervise Lead Practitioners and/or Team Leaders, a Regional Administration Officer and other designated operational roles in the regional structure. Form part of the leadership team within the organisation and will contribute to organisational outcomes. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships in the region with both internal and external stakeholders.
Be a team player with the ability to work with Program Managers to ensure compliance with contract requirements, program deliverables and guidelines and alignment with program strategy direction. Facilitate collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and ability to develop a strong regional presence for CCNT. Represent CCNT in a culturally appropriate and professional manner at all times. Demonstrate the personal attributes of compassion, empathy, sense of justice and tolerance. Achieve other tasks as described in the Position Description and other duties commensurate with skills and experience.
