This position is part of the Support Centre team based at Milton, however we support hybrid work. This role involves travel to various sites across southern Qld.

Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935. We provide quality, contemporary support services for older people, young people and their families, people living with a disability or mental illness, and families experiencing domestic violence and hardship.
Today, we serve many metropolitan, regional, and rural communities from more than 20 sites throughout Queensland-from Tallebudgera to Rockhampton.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager - Home Care and Supported Living, you will work together to ensure that local Coordinators are able to provide high level care and support to clients by optimising systems, processes and workforce practices that allows for optimal and scalable service delivery.
You will work collaboratively with the Regional Manager Home Care, CHSP Coordinators, centralised Support Centre positions, and the broader management team.
While providing day to day direction and leadership to multiple sites and our dedicated teams, you will identify, improve and/or optimise facets of the operations that will support our growth strategy. In this position you will provide the management direction that enables us to offer compliant, quality, and scalable CHSP services that grow and thrive.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in managing successful home/community care services over multiple local areas. You will have proven success in driving business growth of services underpinned by robust operational management and quality service design. Committed to collaborative partnerships, you are skilled at building and drawing on mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships at all levels.
