Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities. With over 70 centres across the country, our team provides a comprehensive range of services to our diverse range of business customers throughout Regional Australia.

Do Work That Matters

You will lead a team of high-performing business bankers in south southwest Queensland in the delivery of outstanding service, support and successful outcomes to our customers. Your team will focus on growing quality business across a highly diverse range of commercial and agricultural sectors whilst achieving business objectives and growth.

Utilizing your exceptional coaching ability, you will mentor and engage both your team and clients to succeed. While this critical role will not manage a portfolio, you will be responsible and accountable for the business relationships in the region.

More specifically, you will:

Ensure the team provides responsive, professional and quality service, exceeding client expectations

Build strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business, while utilising your network to identify and pursue new opportunities

Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions

Establish or continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank in this key region.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement

Have exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus

Demonstrate a passion to develop a strong personal brand and to become a leader in the community

A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
