As the country sales lead for Australia you will report directly to Visier’s Senior Vice President and General Manager for APAC. You will collaborate closely with the entire Sales Leadership team in Asia, EMEA and North America, as well as other functions within the region as we build it out. This is an enviable opportunity for someone eager to join a hyper-growth, financially stable, pre-IPO organisiation that is recongised as the global leader in people analytics.
What You'll be Doing...
- Assessment of the market and guidance regarding the assignment of Visier resources
- Working with Marketing to build quality pipeline,
- Working with AE’s to negotiate and close opportunities,
- Developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Coaching and developing your account executives, with a focus on our sales and customer engagement methodology,
- Ensuring full adoption of all sales processes and technology platforms
- As a member of the Sales Leadership team, provide input and receive guidance on company strategy and execution of the business plan
- Being the senior Visier contact for Customers across your assigned geographies.
What you'll bring to the table...
You are an exceptional and experienced sales leader. Your sales style is the right blend of science and art, with good human instincts and empathy but also adherence to a disciplined and rigorous sales methodology. You have extensive experience with analytic applications selling to both business as well as IT executives. You have led teams of enterprise salespeople selling to C-level executives.

Skills
- Extensive experience in sales leadership managing senior account executives.
- Extensive experience in software sales, with a heavy emphasis on selling
- applications (not infrastructure) software. SaaS experience is preferred, as is analytics
- experience.
- Experience with HR or financial domain is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills. Experience working with large enterprises.
- Outstanding presentation skills. You need to be a rock-star in front of customers and be able to represent our solution with energy.
- Experience in orchestrating through funnel activity from Marketing, Partners, BDR to Sales
