As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of sales in the GET & Undercarriage product group, and other consumable wear products. You will be managing the existing business and prospecting the client base seeking new business opportunities.
You are an achiever who will ensure the budgeted sales level and margins are attained through effective deployment of resources, prospecting the customer base, and seeking new business opportunities.
With our customer satisfaction of the highest levels as a key driver, you will undertake product wear monitoring at customer sites and complete customer reports. You will be understanding our customer needs and contributing to specialised solutions for them.
You will play an active role in developing market opportunities and developing sales plans for the growth of the region by working closely with Product Development teams.
You are result-oriented and will achieve budgeted gross margin and budgeted sales targets for the sales region by reviewing and optimizing sales processes.
