OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their highly skilled national sales team in a full-time position based anywhere in New South Wales (remote, hybrid role). The Sales Manager will be responsible for securing new business opportunities aligned with annual sales targets and company growth strategy. They will develop strong relationships with clients in the aggregates, quarry, process, and water filtration industries and represent the company at trade shows and industry forums.
- Secure new business opportunities aligned with annual sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with clients in relevant industries.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry forums.
- Conduct demonstrations to educate potential and existing customers.
- Provide up-to-date sales and forecasting reports.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Base salary of up to $140,000 plus super

To be considered for this role, we're ideally seeking candidates with B2B sales experience in the mining and quarrying sectors. Ideally, you've had prior technical sales experience requiring you to deal with the asset owners, in addition to the Consulting Engineers from EPC or EPCM firms - Engineering, Procurements, Construction / Maintenance. Any relavent experience in mineral processing, materials management, filtration and water treatment in the aforementioned industry verticals above will be highly regarded
- 3-5 years of sales experience in similar industries.
- Proven success in selling into Australian regions.
- Strong sales capabilities in project sale tenders.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and call on customers.
- Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
