We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Fibre Packaging fresh produce sales team as a Regional Territory Manager.
Ideally we're looking for someone who can be based at our Rocklea manufacturing site as one of your main customers is local to that site. However, we have some flexibility you could be Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast based. This role will manage a portfolio of existing customers from Cairns to Coffs Harbour in the fresh produce and seafood sector.
Your primary focus, around 70%, will be on managing existing customers and then 30% on developing new business opportunities.
You will drive sales growth in the designated territory through:
- Developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new customers
- Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within the existing customer base
- Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;
- Ideally experience working with fresh produce, seafood or agricultural customers
- Established track record of hunting and closing new business, building relationships and business with new customers
- Demonstrated account management experience where you have grown share of wallet with an existing customer portfolio
- Solution selling experience
- Plenty of energy and enthusiasm
- Resilience
- Be a self-starter with a strong results orientation
