The Job!

This great opportunity will see the successful candidate working across multiple projects, with a substantial pipeline of Land. 

  • Being the knowledgeable face of multiple projects, responsible for sales delivery and customer engagement
  • Ability to recommend Project Management team with high-level strategic ideas to enhance project performance.
  • Lead a team of like minded Sales Professionals
  • Responsible for the project leads pipeline
  • Complete oversight, control and reporting of settlement process, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Delivering on and contributing to Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Continuing to build a database of prospects, and ongoing database management
  • Weekly reporting and commentary on sales activity both at the Projects, and on the wider market
  • Providing all aspects of information on the land estate including amenity, price and land size
  • Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc
  • Networking and stakeholder management, including builders, and the project developer
  • Working with internal project team to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming stage releases and strategies.
  • Lead builder, channel, and broker relationships
  • Create VLOGS and social media content for various platforms
  • Provide internal business referrals.
  • Any other general duties as required

About You!

We are looking for an equally enthusiastic individual, who wants to embrace their job and will take genuine enjoyment out of coming to work every day. The successful individual will be smiley, bubbly, friendly and have superb organisational and people skills. 

As well as the following; 

Qualifications

  • Current drivers’ licence and car
  • Real Estate Certificate 4 or Real Estate Licence.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Previous Leadership experience is desirable. 
  • Proven ability to build strong networks with customer groups, and Building Consultants
  • Proven ability to lead and drive sales results.
  • Property Sales, ideally already established in Land Sales, or new Build Sales.

Competencies/ Skills 

  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Experience negotiating and proven ability to build a rapport
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines 
  • A passion for customer service
