Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of treatments and procedures, including medication administration, nutrition management, and pressure care, ensuring residents’ comfort and well-being.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and collect data to inform effective care plans.
- Manage wound care and provide support to residents with diabetes and chronic diseases, promoting optimal health outcomes.
Professional Practice:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional conduct.
- Uphold residents’ dignity, cultural sensitivity, and rights while meticulously documenting care processes.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.

- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and regulations governing clinical practice.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster therapeutic relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
