The Role
This is a full-time Registered Conveyancer/Solicitor role based in Parramatta.

This is an opportunity is for a person who is self-motivated, driven and is passionate about the customer care and the client experience throughout the legal process when running matters.
Your Responsibilities:
- Working closely with potential new clients, assessing their needs while providing professional legal advice and support across matters
- Coordinating the onboarding of new clients in various areas of law that the firm operates and developing ongoing relationships
- Work closely with the Principal in following the firms business guidelines
- Preparing and keeping accurate documentation and records of client interactions and dealings
- Contribution to the continuous improvement in practice processes and outcomes
- Liaising and consulting with all relevant parties within the firm involved in successfully running a matter/s
- Ensure you maintain strong and well managed relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide feedback on the progress on matters to the Principal.
About You:
- You will have a minimum of 2+ years PAE
- A current New South Wales Practising Certificate
- Experienced in PEXA
- Proven experience working within the legal industry
- You must also be an excellent communicator both written and verbal that is present in all your dealings
- Be flexible and have the ability to multi task across all areas of law working within time frames
