About the role:
Responsible for coordinating person-centred care to our residents and supervising staff, you will:
Provide safe and competent clinical management & nursing interventions in accordance to recognized standards
Monitor and oversee staff practices
Formulate and follow a program of person-centred care, focusing on all the needs of the residents
Coordinate & monitor the planning, implementation & evaluation, or service outcomes mad standards
Ensure residents families and significant others are included in care planning
Provide clinical leadership to care staff
Respond to emergency situations, investigate & respond to all incidents, escalating to Clinical Nurse Consultant when required
About you:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Registered with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience with clinical care
Previous staff management experience favourable
Excellent communication and intermediate ability to use computer systems
Current Police Check
