Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents
- Provide emotional support and foster meaningful connections with both the residents and their families
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care preferred
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient care
