Your part in St Stephen’s Hospital team
You will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills
What makes a difference for us?
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting
- Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
- Desire for ongoing professional development
- Availability to work across a fortnightly rotating roster
