About your new opportunity:
This varied role provides clinical and care management support and coordinates in-home services for clients receiving home care packages across Southern Tasmania.
We are looking for someone that genuinely values positive ageing, supporting clients to live well and maintain their independence at home.

About you:
You understand the ageing process and how it can impact on individuals and those closest to them;
You understand what it means for aged care services to be consumer led and the importance of excellent customer service and relationship building;
Your communication skills are next level and empathy is second nature to you;
You have excellent time management skills;

The successful applicant will be required to:
have a National Police check - Unsupervised with vulnerable peoples (no older than 12 months and not an annulled record);
provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
have a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment category);
undertake a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical;
hold an Australian Driver License;
be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations or be willing to get
On commencement the successful person will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
