About the Position

Our amazing team in Cleveland are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team on a Permanent Part-time basis of 64 hours per fortnight. This is a highly rewarding role where you get to make a real difference in people’s lives.
You will get to work with people from all works of life within a supportive and welcoming team. We are looking for someone that is passionate about caring for people in their own homes, enjoys getting to know our clients, loves working independently and can deliver high quality client centred care.

Job security
About You
Strong clinical background and current knowledge of practices
Skills in wound care, medication management and post-acute care
Robust community experience and a commitment to continuous improvement
Proven ability to manage workload and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and an ability to work effectively within a team environment, relating to a wide range of staff, management, clients and families
Sound computer knowledge with experience in clinical documentation systems
AHPRA registration (Nursing)
National Police Clearance
Covid Vaccination, Hepatitis B and Tetanus evidence
Current Qld Drivers Licence
