Location : This role is based in the community cross the north west region of greater Melbourne. Including Darebin, Hume, Hobsons Bay, Wyndham and Yarra LGAs

Why we want you:

• Demonstrable experience working as an RN in aged care - preferably with people living in the community
• You hold your current APRHA registration
• Full Driver’s license – Victorian
• Own car

• Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
