About you:
- Apply clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.
- Provide teaching to both consumers/patients and their families to facilitate learning and enable them to move towards independence.
- Demonstrate clinical skills and problem-solving relevant to the care of consumer/patient within the Kallangur and Bribie Island Haemodialysis Unit
- Practise collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
