AddressWe are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team of nurses and support staff at our small bedded, non-profit aged care facility in Rockhampton.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and support their overall well-being whilst working closely with our allied health professisonals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create individualised care plans
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting preferred
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Working rights in Australia
