Form of workWe are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night-duty team at Mertome Aged Care & Retirement Village in Bayswater; on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, and supervision of Personal Care Assistants, on night-duty. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team, and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
In addition, you will display or hold:
- a tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- previous experience working as night-duty RN in aged-care sector
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination; and
- full working rights in Australia.
