Founded in 2019 by Dr Michele Squire, Qr8 Mediskin is a revolutionary
gamechanger in the landscape of prescription skincare and telehealth medicine services across Australia. We offer safe, effective and evidence-based prescription skincare solutions to patients who seek the treatment of melasma, rosacea, acne, uneven skin tone, anti-aging, skin barrier repair and perioral dermatitis.
Excitingly, Qr8 is in a phase of rapid growth and we now seek the expertise and knowledge of a senior Dermal Therapist or Registered Nurse.

What you bring…
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective & extensive written communication, with the ability to share your
skincare knowledge in a friendly and relatable manner to our patients and doctors - Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Strong digital background and the ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Effective and helpful communication and liaison with patients, doctors, team members and stakeholders
- Friendly, can-do & positive attitude with attention to detail
- Minimum two years’ experience in your relevant qualification
- Experience and interest in skin and skincare
- Conduct skincare support video calls, and develop/document the plan of care
- Assess, triage and coordinate day-to-day clinical and skincare enquiries,
including communication between stakeholders (patient, Qr8 team, doctors,
pharmacy) - Work with doctors to plan and manage patient care, and ensure continuity of care
- Send, receive and document all patient communication
- Contribute to clinical meetings, development of new clinical services,
education/support resources, development/improvement of clinical protocols & research - Produce, analyse and utilise clinical data to enhance service development
and achieve patient outcomes - Experience with providing services via telehealth platforms
- Ability to manage patient bookings, virtual communications, and clinical
records with CRM software - Recent experience with triage in a high-throughput clinical environment
- Microsoft Office Suite
Your Qualifications…
- University level qualification in either Dermal Therapy or Registered Nursing with a strong focus on Dermatology / skin knowledge
- Current Nurse Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current registration with AHPRA
