About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child & Family Health Service team as aRegistered Nurse, where you will be responsible for:
- Assessing client needs, planning, implementing and coordinating proficient clinical care to clients and their families using evidence-based practice.
- Working collaboratively with the client, their family, team members and external providers to achieve best client outcomes.
- Ensuring services are delivered in a culturally sensitive manner to meet the needs of the client and their family.
- Participating and encouraging a positive and safe work environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality client services including consumer participation.
- Effective communication skills, problem solving, negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
- Experience in relating to people from a diverse range of cultural and social backgrounds.
