Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and non-routine clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical health and comfort is maintained.
- Foster effective communication between peers and staff to ensure accurate and holistic care.
- Keep families fully informed about issues relating to their relative's care.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by sharing clinical knowledge and skills.
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- A 'hands-on' approach to ensuring quality clinical care.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a passion for caring for others.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
