Join our team, located in the picturesque town of Young, NSW. We are a non-profit organization committed to providing exceptional care, including palliative, dementia care, and after hospital rehabilitation stays.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Our facility offers a diverse range of services, including specialized palliative and dementia care, as well as rehabilitation stays after hospitalization.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, incorporating individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored care plans.
• Offer emotional support to residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in aged care, palliative care, and dementia care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
