Salary $70,535 - $96,242 p.a. RN/M1 | $82,398 - $104,154 p.a. RN/M2C + MGP leave loading 35%
The Whyalla Hospital and Health Services is looking for Registered Nurse and/or Midwives to provide nursing and/or midwifery services in health service settings. They will be required to provide evidenced based care, developing clinical skills through continuous professional development and experience. The Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) role continues to be predominantly clinical in nature; however, employees are assigned appropriate portfolios.
Please note that this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M1 or RN/M2C and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

To be eligible to apply, applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. A Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/M2C) will be required to have at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience and experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Screening/Check and specific immunisation requirements. COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Public Health Act 2011 (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) to work in SA Health/health care setting.
