Regulatory Approvals Advisor

* 12-month fixed term position

We are seeking a Regulatory Approvals Advisor to join our INPEX Corporate Affairs team in Perth on a 12-month maternity leave coverage contract.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assist the Lead of Regulatory Approvals Advisor in the gaining of statutory approvals for the development
and maintenance of INPEX activities in Australia (with a focus on the Commonwealth Government,
Northern Territory Government and Western Australian Government).
* Document and track compliance against the project approvals commitments.
* Assist in the development of approvals applications and documents.
* Take responsibility for specific approvals or processes.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Company as appropriate to build and
maintain existing relationships with government agencies.
* Develop a deeper overall understanding of the Government Approvals and Government Affairs functions
more broadly over time.

Successful candidates will have:

* Tertiary qualified applicant who has a strong interest in government approvals and matters pertaining to
the function of the government more generally.
* High level of attention to detail and process.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required. Demonstrate and encourage empathetic
teamwork as a member of a culturally diverse organisation.
* Some familiarity with Petroleum Industry is desirable.
* Ability to manage and prioritise simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines.
* An understanding or knowledge of approvals in an Australian jurisdiction would be well regarded.
